Happiness must become the choice you make every hour of the day until you no longer have to consciously choose, it just becomes your natural way of living.
Fortunately changing the way we experience life is a chance we all have every single day and it starts when you decide you are ready to step towards living bigger than your self. It begins with the choice, when you wake up, when you’re at work, every single part of your day essentially if need be and this is how you do it.
1. Create Time For Consciously Choosing
In the morning’s make time for you to decide what kind of day it’s going to be. No more sleeping in and following your auto pilot’s choice now you are the creator of your reality. Which mean’s you need to give yourself the time to consciously choose to be happy. I would practice this early morning before getting ready, lunch time, dinner time and before you go to sleep.
2. Stay Aware
Your walking away from idly creating your life and taking the front seat. Which is going to require your attention all the time right now. Be present in your conversation with other’s, while you’re at your job or whatever activities you take part. Remain in the moment as much as possible because this where you make the real choices that change your life, in your everyday mundane being.
3. Create Space for Yourself
Where’s your inspiration coming from for the thing’s you want out of life?
What do you have a passion for? What do you really want in love, career, dreams etc.?
Creating space for yourself is time needed more often than not where you’re with your own thoughts and feelings. I’m an avid promotor that time alone is some of the best time spent because of how effective self-development is in these spaces. Cutting out distractions and sitting with your own energy is a massive game changer in anyone’s life. Ask yourself these questions and allow your mind to expand and travel to unknown territory.
